Classic Ritz with gold and leather accent. Formal vibe with casual mix into it. Great equipments and facilities for both swimming and exercise. A day trip for culinary is also a journey worth the visit, afternoon tea time or Chinese lunch or dinner both perfect to indulge. Location is also a key with just a short walk to the center of all actions.

We stayed at this hotel from 8-11 April and had a wonderful experience. Our room was upgraded to Executive Deluxe room. Hospitality was at a personal level. Food options were good. Location was very central to all malls (Bukit Bintang is the commercial centre of KL). In between, I had sore throat and as soon as the restaurant manager came to know from my family, he sent a bowl of soup to our room. A very personal touch. Additionally, Mr. Tarikul A, the person from the juice counter gave me a very wonderful detox juice with ginger, lemon, pineapple and green apple that really helped my sore throat. If we ever go to KL, this will be the only hotel where we will stay. During this trip, we also stayed at JW Marriott which was very nearby but Ritz Carlton experience was the best we had. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality 🙏😊

Nice hotel in the downtown of KL, but lacking on some service isssues. Hotel is centrally located right by the Pavilion Shopping center for all your high end needs. Food inside the pavilion was excellent as well. Pools were a real standout that after a hot day they were an oasis to come back to. We stayed on the club, which is a bit different than other properties. There isn’t one say dedicated club floor, but you have access to a common room with the club amenities. Only difference is you have to take an elevator ride as opposed to just walking down the hall. Sadiq at the club was a gem from check in to nightly canapé service. The other ladies were wonderful too. Rooms were spacious in my opinion, with a separate closet/valet area in addition to the bedroom and sitting area. The complimentary garment if pressing was welcome as we were on a two week trip but there was one hiccup with a pair of my wife’s shorts. For dining we mostly used the club lounge for breakfast and snacks. However, for dinner we ate at Li Yen twice and the food and service were outstanding. A very intimate experience with delicious Chinese dishes. We found the main concierge helpful as we wanted a modified shortened tour of the Petronas towers and Baku falls. They were able to arrange tickets for us as well as a private driver for a very reasonable rate. While parts of the hotel looked a little tired the staff made up for it in friendliness and eagerness. When we’re back in KL we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Room and location: The room had quite a wow factor to it; my favourite part of the room was the beautiful marble bathroom. The water pressure for the shower was strong and the bath tub had a jar of Epsom salts beside it. The hotel is located in a very central part of the city. Even being in a high traffic area, I barely heard anything from outside. It was very comfortable. It had a nice touch with the welcome message on the TV as I walked in. Service: This was our first time staying at a Ritz-Carlton hotel and I have to say wow, the service level is phenomenal! When we checked in, we went to the regular check-in desk without realizing we could have checked in at the club lounge side. The staff were extremely helpful because they even personally walked us over to the club lounge side instead of just pointing where to go. They explained how the elevator worked to access the lounge and what each floor had. The turndown service was done with care such as making sure there was bottle of water and a cup available at the bedside each night, along with a small snack and a note (typically with a poem or literary quote). Lounge: It felt like walking into a fine dining restaurant. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. They would greet the guests by name (Mr. / Ms. ___). They showed us around the lounge, walked us to our table, and promptly asked what drink we would like to start. There was a nice drink selection which included a signature Ritz Spritz cocktail. During the afternoon tea, the snacks arrived on a high tea tray and the staff member described each item on the tray. Overall: I think staff at this hotel made this experience the best stay we’ve ever had at any hotel.

Ritz calton centre of city . Humm is a very cosy hotel, but I didn't get the chance to stay except having an official function organised by the Embassy of Tajikistan. It iftar ramadan gathering invited his excellency spouse along with all her foreign diplomat
